Dragon Fruit (Pitaya), Passion Fruit, and Lime, which are especially used in cocktails and gourmet presentations, were delivered to Dubai by air cargo within 24 hours after being harvested. Products with delicate outer skins were transported in special shock-absorbing trays, ensuring they reached the chefs’ kitchens without any deformation.
