PREMIUM WATERMELON

Premium Watermelon refers to watermelons selected according to quality criteria such as high sugar content (brix value), uniform shape, and thin rind. In Türkiye, it is mainly grown in the Adana, Antalya, Mersin, and Diyarbakır regions. It is one of the most widely consumed fruits during the summer months. It has a very high water content and is known for its refreshing taste. It is generally consumed fresh and is also used in cold beverages and fruit salads.
