Kumquat

Kumquat is a small citrus fruit that can be eaten together with its peel. In Türkiye, it is mainly grown around Antalya and Mersin. It has a balanced flavor with a sweet peel and a slightly sour interior. It is rich in vitamin C and fiber. In addition to being consumed fresh, it is widely used in jams, marmalades, and as a decorative garnish.
